Missy Ash (left) is shown accepting a $500 donation for the Gasconade Co. R1 Special Olympics.  The donation helped support the 7th annual Hermann Area Track Meet in 2015. Club president, Doug Smith is shown presenting the check.

Doug Smith presents a check for $500 to Susan Stiers for the Hermann Community Food Pantry for the Backpack Program.  The program sends healthy food snacks home with the neediest students of the Gasconade Country R-1 school system in Kindergarten through 5th grade every Friday to provide the students nourishment over the weekends.  Also, $500 was given to Susan Stiers for Hermann Families-in-Action with $250 going to each the After-Prom Breakfast and Project Graduation.  The goal of Families-in-Action is to provide alcohol-free and a fun environment for the young people who attend the prom and graduation.


Larry Hagedorn (right) is shown accepting a $100 check from Doug Smith for the Rhineland Ball Park.  The ball field is used for the Hermann Area Little League, and independent leagues.  It provides the players with a first class playing experience close to home.

Donations and Causes the River City Cruisers Support
